A classic London stalwart. Tootsie’s was a regular weekend treat of mine as a kid and I’ve still got a soft spot for this place. Generous burgers, heaps of relish, and a suitably tempting array of breakfast options are enough to make you loose a Sunday morning, afternoon and evening if you’re not careful.
